Kuachua Brillion Xiong, a California man, has had his trial delayed until February as lawyers discuss possible plea agreements.
Xiong had been ordered to go to trial in December unless he agreed to plead guilty to some charges, but the deadline was extended to allow for further plea agreement talks.
Xiong faces charges of threatening to kill or kidnap President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, among other charges. [ more ]
